Salon Cancelation Policy

A 15% deposit is required to secure all appointments, and a valid credit card will be kept securely on file.We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• Cancellations with more than 48 hours notice: Your 15% deposit will be fully refunded.
• Cancellations with 24 to 48 hours notice: You will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. The deposit will be applied to this fee, and the remaining balance will be charged to the card on file.
• Cancellations within 24 hours or No-Shows: You will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total to the card on file.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time or may need to be rescheduled. In such cases, cancellation fees still apply.By booking an appointment with Zenxury Studio, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. I appreciate your understanding and respect for my time.
